Outdoor Living and Landscapes is actively seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead and work with crew members while successfully installing residential and commercial jobs. Experience in all aspects of landscaping is beneficial. Knowledge of installing hardscape (patios, retaining walls, fireplaces, etc.) is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Duties and responsibilities:

Directs and organizes crew members to assure quality and timely completion of landscape construction project.
Communicates and provides professional customer service to clients or site contacts when job supervisor is not available.
Ensures team and site safety by complying with safety regulations and procedures .
Completes daily timesheets and ensures accuracy of hours on time card for payroll.
Leads by example by fostering a positive work environment, adhering to company policies, including dress code, conduct and attendance.
Operate equipment such as saws, compactors, skid steers and dump trucks.
Use hand tools such as wheel barrows, rakes, shovels, etc.
Experience:

2 -3 years of landscape installation experience is required.
Previous hardscape foreman experience is preferred.
Experience operating heavy equipment and masonry saws required.

License: Driver’s License (Required)
