Senior Landscape Foreperson

We are currently seeking a Senior Landscape Foreperson to head our small, but growing, construction team. Ideally, this person will share our love of the outdoors, team leadership, and quality workmanship, possessing a strong desire to make a difference. Our construction crews work on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the year. We do not do any turf maintenance but choose to focus our work on creating and installing breathtaking outdoor living spaces for our clients to enjoy. Responsibilities Include:
Direct, supervise, and work with field crew to complete residential and commercial hardscape and softscape projects including natural stone, permeable pavers, retaining walls, lawns, outdoor kitchens, outdoor fireplaces.
Obtain plans and drawings from design team and perform site layout, and project phasing, and execute project with assistance from project staff and field crew.
Operate skid steers, compact excavators, tractors, 3 pt chainsaws, power tools, and other specialized equipment.
Maintain high standard of quality and safety amongst crews and equipment, enforce OSHA & safety policies.

Qualifications:
-Min. of 7 years experience, 10 years preferred, as a landscape foreman managing and conducting residential and commercial hardscape and softscape projects.
-Min. of 7 years experience, 10 years preferred, operating equipment including skid steers, compact excavators, tractors, chain saws, etc.
-Strong leadership skills with all the crews and ability to communicate effectively with management and clients to meet project deadlines.
-Self-starting, take-charge individual with motivation and interpersonal skills. Must be able to runs projects efficiently and independently.
-Ability to read, understand, and communicate landscape plan drawings and specification documents.
-Current and clean Wisconsin Driver’s License along with, or ability to obtain, Class A CDL
